- 3/4 cup of Water
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large Egg
- 3 tbsp of butter or oil
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- Mix the eggs, almond flour, water, salt, and cream cheese in a bowl with a whisk.
- Melt some butter or oil and introduce a little amount of the pancake mixture, around 1/3 cup.
- Cook it until the color change. Turn to the other side and add some grated cheese to the pancake half cooked, then cook it again (30 to 90 seconds, it depends on the heat of the flame).
- Repeat this procedure until the batter is finished.
