Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • ½ tsp cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Steps :

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 ° F.
  2. Start by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Make small balls about 1 inch in diameter with your hands.
Spread the balls on a baking sheet without bringing them too close.
  4. With a fork, mash the balls so that they look like a disc. If your mixture sticks too much, wet your fork with water.
  5. You can sprinkle sugar over the cookies if you wish.
  6. Put the baking sheet with the cookies in the oven for about 20 minutes or until it browns a little, but not too much.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before enjoying them.

Good tasting!
