  • 2 cups prepared flour
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 400 grams of quince jam
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of lemon zest


  1. Mix the sugar in the bowl with the butter.
  2. Then, add the eggs one by one and continue adding the flour, the vanilla essence and the lemon or orange zest gradually.

  4. Let the dough mix rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
