INGREDIENTS

  • Chopped fresh rosemary
  • Carrots (trimmed and sliced)
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • A large onion
  • Salt & black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Start by heating the pan at medium.
  2. Mix the carrot and onion.
  3. Slice garlic.
  4. Sprinkle olive oil on the sliced vegetables. Introduce salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  5. The chicken thighs are to be rubbed into the complete mixture
