Recipe of Oven Baked Scrambled Eggs
This is one of my favorite recipe for eggs, all my friend’s love it. It takes less than 2 minutes of preparation and the oven will do all the job for you.
2 table spoons of butter
1 cup of milk
half a tea spoon of hot sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper
Chives or fresh parsley before serving.
Place the butter in a baking dish and turn oven to 325 F. Place it in the oven to allow the butter to melt.
Remove the hot pan from the oven and swirl the butter around to coat the bottom of the pan.
Beat well the eggs, milk, salt and pepper, and hot sauce until well combined in a bowl. Pour into the dish of melted butter and return to the oven.
Cook the eggs in the oven for 7 to 9 minutes, then scrape the edges of the pan and mix everything. Continue cooking for 7 more minutes and mix again. At this point, the eggs will probably be slightly wet. You can continue cooking if they are still wet for another 2 minutes or serve them as is for perfectly scramble eggs.
Remove from the oven, put some chives or parsley and serve with potatoes or bacon.
