Air Fried Hot Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- Pickle Slices
- Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
- One teaspoon chili powder
- One teaspoon of paprika
- Two tablespoons of brown coloured sugar
- Two tablespoons of pepper
- Half a cup of olive oil
- Half a cup of buttermilk
- One egg (large)
- Half a teaspoon of pepper
- One teaspoon salt
- One cup of flour (wheat)
- Two pounds of chicken (the tenderloins portion)
- Two tablespoons of hot pepper sauce
- Two tablespoons of pickle juice
Steps
- Either in a dish or a medium-sized bowl, mix together half a teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon of pickle juice.
- Add the chicken and turn it to a coat. Keep the same in a refrigerator for a minimum of one hour. Also, make sure to throw away any remaining marinade.
- Preheat your air frying machine to about 375 degrees.
- In another glass bowl, mix up some flour, half a teaspoon of pepper and salt.
- In an additional bowl, mix a tablespoon of hot sauce with one tablespoon of pickle juice, some buttermilk, an egg.
- Dip the chicken into the wheat flour so as to coat both its sides. Also dip it into egg mixture and again into the flour mixture.
- Arrange your chicken pieces in a sole layer of well-greased air fryer container and spritz chicken with some cooking spray.
- Do make sure to cook the same till it turns goldish brown. (will mostly take around five minutes).
- Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the hot chicken.
Your dish is ready to be served with pickles.
